This Privacy Policy explains how VolleyPort (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes personal data through the Beta version of our sports analytics SaaS platform, accessible via https://volleyport.com (“Platform”).
VolleyPort.com is a trademark used by Franken – van Caspel Beheer B.V., a private limited company registered in The Netherlands. Dutch law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) apply to all processing activities described in this Policy.
This Policy applies to all individuals interacting with the Platform, including athletes, trainers, coaches, clubs, teams, and spectators (“Users”). As this is a Beta environment, features and data processing operations may evolve. Any material change will be communicated.

- User‑submitted notes, evaluations, ratings, comments

3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process personal data to:
- Provide sports statistics, insights, and analytics
- Support Beta testing and improve system accuracy
- Maintain security and stability of the Platform
- Enable communication with Users regarding the Beta program
- Conduct research and aggregate performance analysis (in anonymized form)
No personal data is used for automated decision‑making with legal or similarly significant effects.
